Granulation: Mr Dominique Dubruque (sales manager) E-mail
SONITUBE is an innovative ultrasonic irradiation technology with a range of applications:
1. Destruction of cells, bacteria, viruses, yeasts and tissues as part of the extraction and removal of active agents.
2. Catalytic activity and acceleration of chemical reactions (sonochemistry). Reactions can be 100 to 1,000 times faster
3. Preparation of particularly fine emulsions,
4. Particle grinding: +/- 5 m, by agglomerate dispersion
5. Dispersion and dissolution of powders in liquid 6. Degassing of liquids
Chemicals:
Coatings, paints, inks
Pharmaceuticals:
Vaccines, dispersion of antibiotics, artificial blood
Cosmetics:
Mascaras, lipsticks, liposomes, perfumes, pigments
Food:
Dairy products, sauces, dispersion of spices, emulsion of flavourings
Cell destruction:
Yeasts, moulds, E. coli, bacteria.
The ultrasonic action of liquids is based on the cavitation phenomenon. Cavitation bubbles act as micro chemical reactors, inside which very high temperatures and pressures are achieved during the final stage of their implosion.
