rechteckiger Bl\u00f6cke oder runder K\u00e4selaibe bis zur \u00dcbergabe an Wiege- und Verpackungsanlagen.<\/p>\n<p>Jeder K\u00e4se ist anders: Seine Abmessungen, Dichte, sein Volumen und seine tats\u00e4chliche Form unterscheiden sich von Produkt zu Produkt. Nach dem 3D-Scan erm\u00f6glicht die volumetrische Rekonstruktion, den Schneidprozess automatisch an jeden K\u00e4se anzupassen, innerhalb der definierten Toleranzen, um die Anzahl der herstellbaren W\u00fcrfel oder Sticks und die Materialausbeute zu optimieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Verfahren erm\u00f6glicht das optimale Schneiden des K\u00e4ses zun\u00e4chst in Scheiben und anschlie\u00dfend in Sticks oder W\u00fcrfel \u2013 auch bei klebrigen oder empfindlichen K\u00e4sesorten \u2013 mit sauberem Schnitt, ohne Quetschen und ohne schnittbedingte Produktverluste.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Ausbeuteoptimierung kann von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung sein: Sie kann dazu beitragen, t\u00e4glich Hunderte Kilogramm K\u00e4severluste zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Format k\u00f6nnen unsere Maschinen mehrere Tonnen K\u00e4sew\u00fcrfel oder K\u00e4sesticks pro Tag produzieren.
