class=\"isSelectedEnd\">From Product to Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>The SODEVA cubing line operates continuously, without interruption to product flow, from the infeed of rectangular blocks or round cheese wheels through to transfer for weighing and packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Every cheese is different: its dimensions, density, volume and actual shape vary from one product to another. After the 3D scan, volumetric reconstruction automatically adapts the cutting process to each cheese, within the defined tolerances, to optimise the number of cubes or sticks that can be produced and maximise product yield.<\/p>\n<p>The process provides optimised cutting of cheese into slices, then into sticks or cubes, including sticky or fragile cheeses, with clean cuts, no crushing and no cutting-related product loss.<\/p>\n<p>This yield optimisation can be a major advantage: it can help prevent hundreds of kilograms of cheese losses per day.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the format, our machines can produce several tonnes of cheese cubes or sticks per day.
