We offer classic cheese cutting machines for all formats, which could be upgraded to fixed weight with additional modules depending on the future of your markets.

Send us your formats before cutting and after slicing, the desired volume per day and we will send you the characteristics of the adapted machine model. We can process your pre-slicing and overweight to minimize losses and control them from start to finish automatically by reducing them to a maximum.

- You will enter the “fixed-weight” market on the Web with sales at the right weight = right price in your sales offered on the Internet,

- You can also enter the fixed-price supermarket by offering the right weight in your product batches.

- As all your cheeses are of different weights, the machine includes an internal scale for weighing and calculating the number of portions to be made, 3D option available,

- Portions are exact within the weight target you assign in the PLC. If cutting is done by weight only, the precision depends on the shape of your cheeses and will be (+/-5/10%) = regular weight.

- If the cut is made with weighing and 3D scanning, the precision can be +/- 2%, this is the fixed weight.

- Our patented lateral side belts automatically center the cheeses without the need of new tools tools.

- During all cuts, the cheeses will always be fully held by the side lateral belts and all portions will be saleable, at the same weight, no deviation in the cuts from the first to the last one.

- You will cut a succession of different cheeses immediately, for example a small and a large diameter, and the lateral side belts will automatically snap in place to cut all the cheeses for the same customer without new tools,

- All motors are electric, providing good precision and reliability. There is no deterioration of portions or slices in our machines, as there are no cylinders to force the slices and damage them.

• Model of cutting machine for large diameter 900 mm type Comté. Cuts cheeses with three easily interchangeable tools, straight blade, crowns and portions. The same machine makes the crowns of a single cut, core, heart of wheel, middle and outer crown, then the crowns are cut into portions at the right weight on the shelf after weighing or entering the weight by the operator, 200 to 400 grams the portion, the last portion will be sold at variable weight. • Our new patented cutting process allows us to slice cheeses of all shapes at high speed, the cutting is done while constantly holding the cheeses, resulting in an unequalled precision. If necessary, we integrate pre-cutting for blocks of 20 kg and wheels of cheese to obtain the desired formats at the end of the process.

Both round and long cheeses are sliced at a fixed weight on the same machine without changing the tooling.

These new cutting lines dedicated to all types of cheeses and all types of soft or hard cheeses make us win the comparative competitions. We have manufactured cutting lines for comté, abondance, gouda, emmental, tommes, euroblocks and fixed weight cutting for pre-packaged cheese. The return on investment is fast because the excess weight not sold is avoided or recycled. Our software, integrated to the lines' automats, allows a management adapted to the TU1 and TU2 standards by delivering the necessary proofs to the control organisms.

We offer several models; a small one for workshops requiring a small footprint, another model for medium volumes and a high speed one for all formats for large volume cutting.
