Molded Slab Cutting
SODEVA designs automated ultrasonic cutting lines for molded slabs of chocolate, nougat, caramel, cereal bars and confectionery products. The system combines precise cutting, automatic product spacing and controlled discharge for direct connection to packaging equipment.
Continuous Production Cutting
For products manufactured continuously from an extruder or forming line, SODEVA develops synchronized single- or double-line solutions for high-speed cutting of bars and cubes, with controlled product flow and packaging-ready discharge.
From Confectionery Product Trials to Factory Acceptance Tests
Every project begins with a detailed review of the products, target dimensions and weights, production capacity, available space and downstream packaging requirements.
Customer products can be tested to validate cutting quality, dimensional accuracy, automatic spacing, product handling and the proposed machine architecture before final engineering.
Product trials, machine demonstrations and process validation can be carried out on SODEVAMERICA’s dedicated test bench in Connecticut. Factory Acceptance Tests can also be organized locally according to the project configuration.
After validation, our teams coordinate installation, commissioning, operator training and technical support to ensure a controlled production start-up.
